NEW Notice Regarding Winter Closure and Services During the Closure

Winter Closure: December 23, 2025 (Tue) – January 4, 2026 (Sun)

During the winter closure, after-hours access will be available as usual (however, the service counter will not be staffed).

To enter, hold your student or staff ID card over the sensor at the “After-Hours Entrance” located next to the main entrance. The automatic door will open.
　Students: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
　Faculty/Staff: 12:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. (24 hours)

Notes:

* Heating will not be provided during the winter closure for energy-saving purposes.

* You can renew your loans via “Important Notice: Electronic Content Usage” in the user services menu (only if there are no overdue items and no reservations on the next borrower).

* Your multi-factor authentication is required to access electronic resources. Please refer to:
　“Important Notice: Electronic Content Usage”
　“Using Electronic Resources with your multi-factor authentication”

* Books shelved in t-compass are not available for use.

* Printer paper will not be replenished. Printing materials unrelated to university classes is strictly prohibited.

* ILL services will be suspended from December 18, 2025 (Thu) 5:00 p.m. to January 6, 2026 (Tue) 9:00 a.m.
